As an Edtech platform providing digital services and content, we maintain the following policy regarding payments:

Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium content until the end of your current billing cycle.
One-time Purchases: Once a digital course or module has been accessed or downloaded, the order cannot be canceled.

Digital Content: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access to the content has been granted.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to the content, please contact admin@sikh-pro.com within 7 days of purchase. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, as per Indian banking standards.
